Mr.Shanbhogue has worked extensively in the development and testing of Electrical and Electronics systems for both on-road and off-road vehicles. His expertise includes developing and testing electronic controllers such as Engine Management Systems, Infotainment Systems, Instrument Clusters, Body Control Systems, among others. Mr. Shanbhogue has lead R&D departments of companies like Volkswagen/Skoda, Mahindra & Mahindra, JohnDeere, and Siemens. He is certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from Project Management Institute, USA.

Mrs. Santhanakrishnan is Quality Management Specialist holding Six sigma Master Black Belt. She has worked in Siemens, KPMG, Honeywell and Cummins

Both held mid and senior level position in their respective career and participated in various hiring committees that recruit fresh graduates from engineering and other institutions. They understand what employers want, so they designed the RoboBharati curriculum that will cover important life skills, that helps students to succeed after school or college.

The ROBOBHARATI curriculum and teaching methodology aim to instil the following life skills

    • Creativity
    • Critical      Thinking
    • Collaboration
    • Communication

ROBOBHARATI teaching approach incorporates STEAM concepts to help develop these soft skills:

We encourage students to explore multiple solutions for a given task, fostering creativity and innovationfrom a young age.

Students are presented with open-ended questions, which stimulate their curiosity about the subject and enhance their critical thinking skills to tackle more complex problems.

Students are asked to work in team, encouraging students to collaborate and discuss ideas to find the best possible solutions to the tasks or problems presented.

At the end of each session, students are asked to share their ideas clearly, which fosters peer-to-peer learning and improves their communication skills.

In addition to learning about electronics, coding, and robotics, children will acquire essential life skills that will prepare them to face the world with confidence as they transition out of school.

So let's continue to support and invest!

RoboBharati uses  STEM Techniques and Experiential Learning to teach fundamentals of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. STEM Education  is an interdisciplinary approach to learning that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics into a cohesive, problem-solving-focused curriculum. It emphasizes hands-on, inquiry-based learning to prepare students for careers in these fields and to develop critical thinking, creativity, and innovation

    STEM Education based on:

    Project-Based Learning (PBL) – Students work on real-world challenges (e.g., designing a solar-powered car).

Hands-On Experiments – Labs, robotics, coding etc. Develop soft skills Critical Thinking and Creativity

Collaboration & Teamwork – Peer-to-peer learning, develop soft skills  problem solving and working in team and Communication

Integration of Subjects – Instead of teaching math or science in isolation, STEM connects them (e.g., using math to engineer a bridge)

Experiential Learning is an educational approach that emphasizes learning through direct experience, reflection, and active experimentation. Unlike traditional class-based learning, it involves hands-on activities, real-world applications, and reflective thinking to deepen understanding and skill development.
